What if I need to change the delivery date or address?
If you need to change the delivery date or address, please inform us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes based on our current availability and logistical capacity. For last-minute changes, we cannot guarantee the availability of the new date or location, and the shipping cost may be subject to adjustment.
What happens after the rental period ends?
Once the event is over, we inspect all returned equipment within a few days—or potentially a few weeks for larger orders—to verify that everything is accounted for and undamaged. In the event that we find missing or damaged equipment, the resulting costs will be charged to the customer.
How should the equipment be prepared for return collection?
For the return shipment, each computer and monitor must be packed into its correct, numbered box, ensuring the equipment ID always matches the number on the box. Everything must then be stacked onto the same number of pallets as delivered, following the same arrangement as upon receipt. The maximum height of a pallet must not exceed 200 cm.
How does the loading and unloading process work?
Standardly, for both delivery and pickup, the customer is responsible for providing a forklift on-site to unload and subsequently reload the pallets. If such equipment is not available at the location, it is necessary to inform us in advance. In that case, we can arrange transport using a vehicle equipped with a hydraulic tail lift.
Are the prices on the website final?
The prices listed on the website are indicative only. Our support team will prepare a final, tailor-made quote based on your specific requirements. The final price depends on the duration of the rental, the delivery location, and the volume of equipment requested.
Will you prepare the equipment according to our requirements?
Yes. We can customize the computers based on our agreement—for example, by pre-installing specific software, configuring settings, or loading particular games.
What condition will the PC be in upon delivery?
Each computer comes with a clean installation of Windows, including administrative access and no password. The latest NVIDIA drivers are pre-installed, and the system is fully updated. Everything is ready for immediate use right out of the box, with no further setup required.
How do we handle shipping and transport?
We provide truck freight services throughout the entire EU. Your equipment is transported safely on pallets directly to your event location. We guarantee on-time delivery and professional logistics, regardless of the distance.
Who is responsible for the equipment during the rental period?
The customer bears full responsibility for the rented equipment for the duration of the rental. Upon delivery, it is necessary to verify that all items match the agreement and sign the handover protocol. Similarly, when returning the equipment, the customer must oversee the loading of all rented items; we recommend taking photos and having the driver sign the return handover protocol. If this does not occur and any equipment is lost, the customer remains liable. The customer is also responsible for any equipment returned in a damaged state.
How is the equipment packaged for delivery?
Each computer and monitor is individually packed in its own numbered box. When packing, it is essential to ensure that the equipment ID always matches the number on the box. The boxes are then secured onto EURO pallets, which are labeled and stretch-wrapped to ensure safe transport.
